As I have said before I'm not a resolution maker. However, I think this new year I need to do some changes in my life.
I'm not the kind of person who eats healthy. Most of my meals come from fast food restaurants. I'm a big fan of happy meals and not just for the toys (jk!) but because I like cheeseburgers and all kind of fats.
Anyways, I have never ever liked MILK! I think it tastes awful. I can't even handle its smell. So I don't drink it at all. My mom always tells me that my children will be born boneless because I'm not a good source of calcium for them. And that makes me afraid. I like yogurt and that's the closest to milk. So this year I decided to start drinking (or eating?) more yogurt and fruits.
It's not that I'm planning to get pregnant any time soon but I think I should get ready since now.
So, my resolution for this year is to eat more fruits and dairy products!
